RESPONSABILITATI

The job description includes:
- The focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales for our HR services;
- Business Development involves scheduling appointments with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements;
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service;
- The Business Developer works as part of a team and closely with the recruitment department within Humangest.


CERINTE

- For this role we need someone with previous experience in B2B services sales, strong account management and relationship building skills, highly self-motivated and good English knowledge;
- A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential in the role of Business Developer, also very good communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence;
- The person for this role also needs to have good organisational skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office and hold a driving licence.
