- develop business development plans, including specific goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics in collaboration with other departments;
- analyze market opportunity and develop win/win business relationships for potential partners;
- involved in product development, design and implementation. Work with product publishing team to provide feedback;
- communicate key issues and opportunities to influence planning and product decisions;
- work with Executive Director and line Managers to develop annual budget for the development projects.
- provide timely reports to Management, commenting on the results and critical business indicators relative to Annual Budget and monthly Profit & Loss statement;
- analyze the competition (e.g. pricing strategy, incentive strategy, merchandising strategy, profitability, product line strategy, internal/external politics etc) and understand the impact of how business decisions impact market share.
- deep theoretical and practical knowledge is required;
- moderate degree of decision-making and independence;
- propose and coordinate the development projects.
