- Responsible for the direction of financial controlls, contributes to the definition and achievement of agreed business objectives for the organisation.
- Provides support and input into development and implementation of the Group strategy
- Works with the Country Manager and with the Group Business Controllers in all areas to improve business performance
- Responsible for the preparation, consolidation and distribution of company P & L and capital expenditure budgets
- Responsible for monthly reporting to the Group, cost and operation analysis, admnistrative systems and procedures in adherence with prescribed corporate policies.
- Interprets ooperating results as they affect financial aspects of the company and makes specific recommandations on them
- Directs the preparation of statistics for periodic and yearly financial satements
- Undertakes financial assignments and projects
- Works with production costing and to further develop operations reporting capabilities
- University degree in economics, with a minimum 3 years related business experience (preferable in a multinational company)
- Qualified accountant or Finance Manager with strong financial skills, knowledge and understanding of business
- Strong team working skills
- Experienced team manager and ability to manage upwards
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office - including Excel and database-type systems)
- Experience with Hyperion system desirable
- Fluent in English with business experience
- Available for traveling (approx. 8 days/months, in Romania and abroad)
