Preparing development and action plans for the financial department and the company, formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
Researching and reporting the factors influencing business performance, analyzing changes and advising accordingly;
Cooperating and participating on company strategy development and implementation;
Creating models, rules and forms for annual budget, internal procedures for cash management, expenses management and costs control in line with company s mother company requests;
Drawing up and implementing control and security procedures and the inventory procedures in order to ensure the conservation of the company s goods.
Elaborating the budgets for the new stores openings;
Implementing P&L periodical analysis and preparing system reports;
Realizing and updating sales budgets, analyses results, stores performance;
Communicating and cooperating with outsourced accounting services supplier;
Controlling the correctness of all invoices, solving potential problems with suppliers;
Preparing payment orders.
- University degree in Economy, with accounting/audit or financial specialization;
- Minimum 4 years in financial analysis and controlling;
- Experience and knowledge of financial management, budgets, cost control, cash flow management;
- Good English knowledge;
- PC literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Very well organized and methodical, accurate and analytical person;
- Good communication skills;
- Problem solving attitude, proactive, self-depending and optimistic person.
