- Teach basic and advanced business concepts according to company's training methodology and design;
- Provide consistent and reliable coaching and advice as requested ;
- Establish a rapport with potential and junior managers to guide them towards taking on greater responsibilities ;
- On occasion, provide advice to senior managers on business issues generally;
- Make training arrangements including release of staff and site logistics
- Ensure all the training objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly approached during the workshop
- Recognize the training’s Key Success Indicators and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints
- Act as "training consultant and advisor" if required .
The ideal candidate for this position is a Top or Middle Manager within a big organization, who has had the exposure necessary to fully understand the complex processes and communication flows within an organization and its relation with the external enviroment, and who is willing to share his/ her expertise as a consultant/ trainer.
The requirements are:
- relevant training or certification in business area; master degree is a plus;
- 3-7 progressive years working in a managerial position in a structured, preferably technical, business enviroment;
- Fluent in English, willing to travel;
- goal orientation and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined, good at planning, organizing, communication, teaching and presentation ;
- comfortable working with all management levels in the client organization.
