RESPONSABILITATI

At present Forum Invest is in the middle of an expansion process of the business activity so we are looking for two world class Business Conference Executive Directors.
Responsibilities:

1. Planning, organizing, promoting, facilitating and coordinating different types of events
2. Monitoring and coordinating the timeline and the budget of an event
3. Developing a strategy to drive growth of revenue and operating profits by identifying and attracting event registrants
4. Working with venue teams (production, marketing, PR and sales) to ensure the best practices are followed, links are forged and maintained and the event is promoted properly.
5. Attending and/ or coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
6. Liaising with partners/ sponsors/ speakers and registrants to ascertain their precise event requirements
7. Securing and booking a suitable venue or location making sure that all legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to.
8. Coordinating suppliers, handling registrants’ queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and according to the agenda.
9. Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.
10. Post-event evaluation and analysis (including data entry and producing reports for event stakeholders).


CERINTE

Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Management or related area of study, or a combination of relevant education and experience ( M.B.A/ E.M.B.A preferred)
- 3+ years experience in a key level position in events, conferences, conventions and or/ trade shows production, management and/or organization
- Expert administration and project management experience with deep knowledge of contacts in various business, commercial and/or institutional areas
- Considerable knowledge of site selection and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of event planning and organization.
- Demonstrated ability to make appropriate financial and customer service decisions.

Skills and abilities:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, outgoing, genuine team player able to delegate and complete assigned tasks
- Ability to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to gather and interpret information for business research
- Commercially awareness and customer-focused orientation
- Have a positive, flexible and adaptable approach to problem solving
- Be innovative and creative to distinguish the company’s events and conferences from the competition
- Have a broad understanding of budgeting, project management and financial management
- Excellent follow-through and attention to details
- Experience working in a fast-paced working environment with multiple projects.
- Multilingualism: Business English and any Eastern European language is a must (other foreign language is an asset).
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e-mail application, internet surfing.
