·Supporting and coordinating daily activities for the Manager
·Preparing and providing materials for the Manager's meetings
·Conceiving presentations and reports
·Ensuring an efficient communication between Manager and third parties
·Daily agenda of the manager (travels, conferences, meetings, etc.)
·Completing special projects assigned by the manager


CERINTE

·University degree
·Experience min. 2 years in a similar position (President Assistant, Business Assistant/ Assistant Manager) within a multinational company
·Organized, with excellent planning skills
·Good ability to synthesize information and solve problems
·Initiative, proactive attitude, dynamic, good communication skills
·Fluency in English
·PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
