- Install, administer and maintain SQL databases
- Maintains high availability for all the servers on top of which the Business Applications are running;
- Performs server troubleshooting, systems optimizations, new server implementation, server migrations;
- Implements back-up and disaster recovery procedures for business applications;
- Provides on going support for company users;
- Maintaining existing services and providing support to users of the internal network.
- University Degree or final year student in Computer Science or similar;
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 administration and programming;
- Knowledge of ORACLE;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration;
- Knowledge of Sun Systems, Mediatel Call Center , Zetafax is a plus;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork;
- Ability to meet pressure deadlines and time constraints;
- Fluency in English.
