- Maintains high availability for all the servers on top of which the Business Applications are running;
- Performs server troubleshooting, systems optimizations, new server implementation, server migrations;
- Provides on going support for company users;
- Set up new servers and workstations, upgrades HW & SW components and computers;
- Implements back-up and disaster recovery procedures for business application.
- University Degree or final year student in Computer Science or similar;
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux;
- Knowledge of Databases (Oracle, SQL, Sybase);
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere, Microsoft SharePoint, Sun Systems, Mediatel Call Center, Zetafax is a plus;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork;
- Ability to meet pressure deadlines and time constraints;
- Fluency in English.
