Ensure optimum professional co-operation with team members
University degree in Computer Science, IT or Automation
Fluent in English language
Experience in Application flow understanding and support
At least 2 project implementations for different applications like Help Desk/ Call center, ERP, DMW, BI in the last 4 years
Knowledge of SQL, JSP (or Java)
Strong communication and documentation skills for requirements gathering and analysis
Structured business requirements approach
Knowledge of implementation methodologies for applications
Previous interfacing with customers/business teams is a plus.
Mercury ITG modules knowledge is a plus.
Provides pre-sales support to programmers sales force as appropriate
