- Is responsible for analysing the company’s business performance and processes, in all aspects: financial, operational / efficiency wise;
- Analyses key performance indicators evolution and their inter-correlations, assess and monitor their impact on company’s profitability;
- Analyses profitability and budget variation by product/ project categories;
- Mines through various data available, identify trends and make forecasts, performs factor analyses;
- Design new indicators adequate for business monitoring and efficient decision making;
- Deeply understands and suggest improvements for business processes and information flow within the company;
- Prepares business analyses reports, scenario analyses, able to analyze and correlate comprehensive range of reports, materials, presentations received from various departments;
- Communicate orally and in writing complex issues, conclusions, and decisions.
- Minimum qualifications include: a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration;
- Related work experience plus at least 3 years of progressively responsible work experience;
- Candidates must possess superior analytical skills;
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports;
- Result oriented, good task management;
- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity, problem solving;
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, analyses & prepares reports;
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced Computer Skills: advanced Excel knowledge, PowerPoint.
