Under the guidance of the Account and Project management department’s Coordinator (in the HO), the Business Analysis Department provides subject matter experts for the Bank’ programs, serves on ad-hoc teams, and performs a variety of special assignments.
Position: Business Analyst
(Deposits, Loans, Treasury, Clearing & Payment Systems, Teller / Branch Environment, CIF)
Depending on your level within our department practice, responsibilities will include:
- Proactive collection, research and documentation of user requirements for new and existing products;
- Analyze and diagnose the business issues in order to develop and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Analysis of market and competitor products to identify gap closing requirements;
- Preparing of detailed Business Requirements/Functional Specifications (data models) for development teams;
- Creation of documentation to clearly explain functionality and user interfaces;
- Development and execute system test plans and support UAT’s;
- Liaison with the project members and participation in project management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- University degree in one of the following preferred majors: Economics/ Statistics / Finance / Engineering (all disciplines)/Computer Science / Mathematics / Management;
- Banking business experience in at least one or preferably in some of our main domains: Deposits, Loans, Treasury, Clearing & Payment Systems, Teller / Branch Environment, CIF for 2- 4 years;
- Good knowledge of English; another language is an advantage;
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to understand cost evaluations;
- Problems solving and excellent communications skills;
- Experience and knowledge of structured business analysis methodologies;
- Knowledge of UML modeling approaches (is a plus);
- Technical understanding and advanced MS Office suite skills (MS Project is a plus).
