- to analyze, document, propose and deliver structured solutions to various business problems, having a direct or indirect link with the IT systems;
- to assess changes impact in the IT environment - applications, infrastructure and operations.
- to document and translate the new arising business requirements into information flows, processes and logical data models, and suggest optimal solutions for these requirements;
- to coordinate the planning, documentation and testing of any new or modified functionality, prior to its release to the end-users;
- to create internal procedures and offer support for daily and future administration of the business;
- to act as an interface between the IT Department and the other departments (users) for IT development related aspects
