RESPONSABILITATI

This is a critical role within the Finance team to develop and improve our clients’ performance measurement systems and automated controls. This is an opportunity to understand the business inside out and to take a leadership role as the company looks to further expand his business and his corporate functions.

This role requires a problem solving oriented candidate with a strong background in business intelligence / business analytics, while some experience / familiarity in accounting / controlling / audit as a plus.

Role:

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions and processes, evaluating output requirements and formats and used KPIs;
• Designs and coordinates the development of automated reports by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams;
• Improves processes and systems by studying current practices and designing modifications;
• Recommends new reporting methods and procedures to improve content and completeness of information;
• Prepares and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports;
• Recommends automated controls after identifying problems;
• Prepares financial and operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
• Set project milestones, phases, and elements; cooperating with functional teams and database developers used as support;
• Prepares systems and organization to migrate to the Group ERP;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Reports to the Risk Manager on a daily basis and for specific assignments directly to the CFO.


CERINTE

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases design and MS Access;
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Visual Basic for Access;
• Solid experience in using and developing under any of the Big Data/reporting tools like Crystal Reports, QLick View, Tableau, or other similar software;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong communicator, problem solver and analytical person;
• University graduate.
