You will be the interface between the user community and the IT department.
You will facilitate the coordination of the requirements gathering activities for technical projects by acting as a coordinator and liaison between the user community and the technical staff, conducting needs analysis, writing business specifications, supporting all phases of creation of new features or major modification to existing applications
Responsibilities:
- Perform business requirements analysis; detail the required user experience (use-cases) in terms of functionality and usability
- Organize and perform user interviews to determine requirements, SLA (Service Level Agreement), quality and performance
- Facilitates and coordinates required meetings, ensuring all recommended modifications achieve both systems and business objectives
- Analyses and defines user requirements and translates them into system requirements to ensure understanding by all project members
- Creates business specifications documents and obtain sign-off from all interested parties
- Works with the technical project team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Validates that the developed solution meets requirements, SLA, test plans, test cases and prepares the training material, by organizing and participating at the final meeting with the user when presenting the solution
- University graduate ¿ Mathematics, Informatics, Automatics profile and SW development background would be an advantage
- Project Management knowledge and experience
- Fluency in English
