-Review the existing banking business processes;
- Develops new operational procedures;
- Prepares systems specifications;
- Prepares testing scenarios;
- Tests new processes and procedures
- Prepares users manual
- Interface with Programmer for the development of IT programs
- At least 2 years of banking experience in Foreign Currency Payment area
- Good communication skills;
- Good understanding of banking activities.
- Good command of English language (both speaking and writing).
- Excellent knowledge of computer usage.

- Flexible and able to work under pressure as member of a group;
- Strong analytical skills, and business logic
- University Degree;
