- Carry out detailed business processes analysis, identify data available and diagnose informational system improvement needs from the reporting perspective;
- Document and analyze new reporting requirements issued by internal and / or external entities ( NBR, auditors etc) ;
- Participate in reports design and review proposed solution to ensure it meets business requirements ;
- Design and assist acceptance tests and error controlling keys;
- Seek and analyze end-users feedback and suggest ways to improve the reporting process ;
- Develop and follow a reporting implementation plan;
- Economic or IT background with strong skills on translation of business requirements into informational system requirements;
- Good knowledge of management and statutory reporting;
- At least 1 year banking experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks ;
- University degree. A relevant international qualification is a plus;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent analytical, numerical and reporting skills;
- Reliable, flexible, pro-active, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements.
