RESPONSABILITATI

As a member of the EMEA Business Operations 'Sales Tools' Team, the Business Analyst will have a joint responsibility for ensuring all corporate systems used by the EMEA License and Consulting Sales organization, remain functional up-to-date following new version releases and system upgrades and will pro-actively advice on related procedures and processes.
His/her focus areas will be functional system setups and testing, managing data quality & consistency and advising & supporting users on application usage.
The Business Analyst works closely with Expert Users, Super Users and Business Operations team members in all EMEA countries. He/she reports into the EMEA Business Operations 'Sales Tools' Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain the accessibility of the License and Consulting sales force to the Sales systems:
- advice and assist in responsibility assignment and user profile options
- maintain the Corporate Hierarchy ensuring all leads and opportunities are accessible to the appropriate reps and visible to the managers in an efficient manner. This will, amongst other things, require the set up of new Sales Groups in the hierarchy, end dating of 'old' Sales Groups and maintenance of memberships within the Sales Groups
Ensuring the correct ownership of opportunities after changes in the hierarchy by transferring opportunities from one rep to another by using dedicated movement tools
Carry out functional testing on the corporate applications and tools used by the License and Consulting Sales organization to ensure business processes will remain intact prior to the release of new versions or upgrades of the systems
Facilitate functional testing by local expert users and crm superusers
Analyse the Pipeline data quality to ensure data consistency and take appropriate actions to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality
Produce and analyze ad-hoc, regular reports and statistics with data from several sources to support the Sales organization on, e.g. current structures and data quality.
Assist local expert users in support and training of users on system usage and processes:
- be the backup of local Expert Users for system related issues
- manage Service Requests as owner of the EMEA TeleService Queues
- conduct or assist functional system training by phone and face-to-face
Create and publish training material on (new) application functionality and usage
Participate in any projects & initiatives as may be directed by the Sales Tools Operations Management and/or Business Operations management.


CERINTE

Familiarity with working with Business Applications from a user perspective
Well organized, structured and logical approach to problem solving
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and resolve problems
Willing and able to communicate mainly by phone and email
Good inter-personal and communications skills
High standard of English, working knowledge of other languages an asset
Demonstrated skills in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Viewlet Builder required

Minimum Qualifications:
Approximately 2+ years work experience
Diploma in appropriate discipline (preferred)


DESIRABLE SKILLS:

Experience of working in a Sales Organizations
Experience of working as part of a User Acceptance testing project
Experience in creation of functional user guidelines
