RESPONSABILITATI

Provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to Credit and Collections management team. Perform analysis on the current situation, propose improvements in the reporting process as well as in the analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs daily/weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and provides the information to management team for further actions
Is in charge with maintaining consistency in terms of reporting for all teams in Credit and Collections department.
Develops reports for all the countries centralized in Credit and Collections Shared Service Center and is in charge with maintaing the global standards across EMEA. Is actively involved in improving reports and analysis performed.
Prepares reports for management meetings and is in charge with keeping the history of the reports. Is able to figure trends, predictions and make recommendations for improvements based on the analysis.
Assists management in forecasting team objectives, being the first point of contact for reporting requests.
Timely responds to ad-hoc reports and analysis requested by the management team
Understands figures and is able to explain results and trends beeing aware of Credit and Collections processes and objectives


CERINTE

- Fluency in English is a must.
- University degree in relevant field (Economics)
- Strong mathematical aptitude
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and very detail oriented.
- Excellent computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Access, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications, Sql – will be an advantage)
- Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous requests at the same time, often under strict time constraints.
- Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and calmly.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends and major holidays
