- Translate the business needs of the clients (EOS Group Companies) in information system requirements;
- Identify, capture and document the business requirements;
- Ensure proper communication of the requirements with involved teams;
- Draft and perform system and functional testing;
- Map business rules in the informational system and set up (initial set up) the system to comply with client business needs;
- Assist users for formulating and implementing functionalities and reports;
- Work with users to identify and solve any implementation related issues and train the users regarding the implemented system.

- University degree in Economics with good IT understanding or Computer Science with good business understanding;
- Minimum 3 years experience from witch one year in a significant implementation project;
- Working experience in industries like Telecom, Banking, or Insurance is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Visio; basic knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle;
- Knowledge of process & project management;
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people;
- Ability to work in a dynamic team with stretch deadlines;
- Ability to understand different industries businesses and to map business processes;
- Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines;
- Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment;
- Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude;
- Availability to travel outside the country;
