RESPONSABILITATI

-Responsible for reporting on Retail Banking activity to management
-Identifies, investigates and reports trends on banks activity, challenges and advises the senior and top management on strategic decisions
-Provides timely and accurately reports related to customer segments, products and outlets profitability
-Creates documentation for developed reports
-Develops and implements KPIs and KRIs for all departments in ING Bank Retail
-Works closely with IT analysts, business users, business intelligence teams by for defining a glossary of business data
-Shares knowledge and trainings to business for using reports from DWH (pivot tables in excel, access databases, etc.)
