RESPONSABILITATI

Oracle is enhancing a Contract Renewals Centre in Bucharest, to handle the renewal of its Support Service contracts for existing small to mid-size customers in Europe, Middle East, Africa & USA.
- Reports to Customer Service Manager.
- Works as part of the Customer Service Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To perform analysis on different process efficiency and to provide recommendations to managerial team;

- To provide, develop and automate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports;

- To provide booking forecast for Renewals Service Centre based on existing data;

- To document reports & analysis;

- To identify process areas that could be enhanced or to provide innovative ideas for changing current processes;

- To perform monthly audit in order to ensure quality and that standard processes are respected.


CERINTE

- University Degree diploma

- Previous working experience in a similar position (min. 6 months);

- Very good analytical and communication skills (written and verbal communication in English and Romanian);

- Focused on delivering timely results based on business priorities;

- Excellent technical skills: very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visual Basic; Knowledge about Oracle applications & programming experience will be a plus.
