RESPONSABILITATI

Act as a liaison between business management and IT teams for ERP LN and related software implementations and support. Evaluate business needs and provide analysis of business process improvement with focus on automation and enhanced interdepartmental communication. Promote Customer Business system and common core standards (where applicable). Support Customer ERP implementation methodology and approach.
Facilitates the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology
Works as a team member of Customer ITS to ensure the success of the organization’s IT Applications architecture and support.

Acts as a liaison between business & IT teams for ERP LN (BAAN)and related software implementations & support
 Facilitates the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology. Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions
 Analyzes Business Unit operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Includes complex systems process analysis, design and simulation
 Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
 Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
 Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge. May make recommendations for buy versus build decision
 Responsible for actively resolving day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes—dissecting problems and suggesting solutions
 Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes, develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process
 Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business
 Performs other duties as assigned

 Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment
 Must be able to suggest plans to integrate new and existing processes
 Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements
 Must demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management and business systems requirements definition
 Demonstrated abilities to combine business and technical perspectives
 Skills in effective verbal and written communication, people management, and project management
 Prepared to travel extensively

Experience:

 3 – 5 years demonstrated working experience with Infor ERP LN / Infor 10 (full cycle implementation experience is required)
 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or more than 5 years experience in ERP implementations, business analysis and process modeling and redesign.

Languages:
Excellent command of the English language
