As our new team-mate you will have to:
• Understand the underlying processes performing an activity;
• Gather requirements and information, using all type of means (observations, interviews, focus groups, document analysis, case studies etc);
• Communicate and collaborate with customers in order to analyze information needs and functional requirements;
• Work independently with users to define concepts, under the leadership of project manager;
• Develop requirements in accordance with standard specifications using natural language;
• Work with developers to establish the technical vision and analysis between usability and performance needs.
To be our new team-mate you need:
• Bachelor of Computer Science or related field;
• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Analyst;
• Good knowledge of ERP, portals, software integration;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Excellent communication skills.
