Team member of the department Project Organisation IT
Main purpose: taking care of the company's IT systems, as follows: Goods Administration System(2 pos), Store System(2 pos), Warehouse System(2 pos).
General accountabilities:
- adjusting the systems to the Romanian legal requirements
- installation of the specific software and hardware
- training of the emplyees who will work with the systems
- trouble shouting in case of problems
- manuals translation.
The new emplyee will be trained in an Induction program of 7/8 months in Germany.
Specific accountabilities for Goods Administation Systems:
(major processes):
- operational processes of the stores
- supporting processes of the branches like: admin, ordering, reporting
- main processes: goods reception, commissioning, deployment.
- supporting processes like invoice checking, reporting, master data.
Specific accountabilities for Store Systems:
(major processes):
-operational processes in the stores, like: checkout system, liquidation, treasury, ordering and inventory, checking of delivery notes, time recording, staff working scheduling
- supportive admin processes, like: stocks administration, sales planning module, price changing, staff master data, reporting.
Specific accountabilities for Warehouses Systems
(major processes):
- operational processes of the warehouse
- supporting processes of the warehouses in branches, like admin, ordering, reporting
- main processes : goods reception, commisioning, deployment
- supporting processes like invoice cheching, reporting, master data.
- University degree, Master in Informatics, Mathematics or Economics/Cybernetic dept.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, software and hardware, Project organistaion.
- Working experience in retail, wholesale, logistic or IT-consulting in an international environment is an asset.
- Analitycal, able to sustain long software tests
- Responsibility and problem solver orientation, open for new things to learn.
- Good commnunicator and team player
- mobility
- Excellent GERMAN, spoken and written is mandatory.English is a plus.
