Our client is an important IT company providing the integrated business and appropriate infrastructure solutions.
- Participate to the meetings with the clients and identify their needs, offering technical information regarding the ERP solution
- Analyze the business process and offer consultancy in ERP solutions to the clients
- Interface with both the sales department (for business requirements) and the analyst architects (for software applications)
- Create the business documentation of the solution (request for proposal, business case, questionaries, detailed specifications)
- Participates to the implementation of the ERP solution, training and support within the clients location
- University degree in Cybernetics/Computer Science or IT related studies
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a similar position
- Very good knowlegde of ERP/CRM/ECM systems
- Proven experience in working with Database Management Systems
- Fluency in English
- Customer oriented attitude, problem solving skills, involved and motivated
- Willing to develop in a challenging environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
