For one of our clients, the most experienced company active in the challenging and fast-moving environment of life insurance, we are looking for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Preparing test cases and performing the tests supervised by Test Case Manager;
Preparing the necessary documentation and creating work and operation procedures;
Revising solutions provided by vendors;
Improving business flows and recommending solutions;
Preparing training materials and, if case, training business users.
Relevant university degree;
At least 6 months experience in a similar role;
Proven Life insurance experience represents a plus;
Able to analyse and implement business and technical requirements;
Able to document results from research / analysis / tests;
Able to design improved business processes and procedures;
Able to write and interpret specifications;
Excellent analytical skills;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Good knowledge of English language;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Power Point;
Good communication (both written, oral and presentational) & inter-personal skills, especially influencing at all levels.
