- Together with the Country Manager is managing the start-up operation of the company in Romania ;
· You will be responsible for defining and planning the business strategies connecting them with the Romanian business trends and in direct correlation with company’s development objectives;
· Business Development tasks for the company (market research for potential clients, initiating a dialog, building network, organizing presentations and demonstrations);
· Active sales towards customers, including frequent business meetings in different areas of the country;
· Communication with the services providers/mother companies, understanding of the services processes;
· Tracking the activities of the competition.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within agriculture or engineering projects; (real estate, food industry, chemical, Petrochemical, )
· Fluency in English; other European languages- advantage.
· Driving license B category;
· Car owner – advantage.
· Non smoking!
· Over 30 - advantage
· Knowledge/experience in EU projects is an advantage;
· Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
· Computer skills (MS Office and Internet).
