- Facilitate business requirement workshop to collect customer requirements
- Document business requirements: processes, rules, work-flow, authorities, etc… and confirm proper understanding with client
- Based on documented business requirements, document functional specification that can be consumed by including:
- Functional requirements:
- Input/Output/Process
- Mockups (screen or reports)
- Non-functional requirements such as performance requirement, # concurrent users, etc…,
- Test cases
- Get client approval on functional specifications
- Communicate functional specifications to developers and ensure clear understanding
- Design and approve Data Model in collaboration with Technical Analyst,
- Test the feature prior to delivery to client:
- Bug free
- Meet the expectations of the customer
