Stratinis is a young software company ready for rapid expansion. You will work on our main product, Stratinis Pricing Suite. We are looking for a flexible, hardworking person, passionate about software and international business, to analyse new product areas and develop specifications.
The Business Analyst’s responsibility is to analyse, document and propose solu-tions for large and/or complex business areas and to prepare functional specifications. It is also to assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
• Analyse and document business processes.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off on the specifications.
• To provide the link between the product management, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
• Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and de-pendencies.
Skills Required
• Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
• Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Informa-tion Systems.
• A proven track record in Software Development
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle
• Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
• Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
