-Facilitate business requirement workshop to collect customer requirements
- Document business requirements: processes, rules, workflow, authorities, etc… and confirm proper understanding with client
- Based on documented business requirements, document functional specification that can be consumed by including:
Functional requirements:
- Input/Output/Process
- Mockups (screen or reports)
- Non-functional requirements such as performance requirement, # concurrent users, etc…,
Test cases
- Get client approval on functional specifications
- Communicate functional specifications to developers and ensure clear understanding
- Verify conformity of the implemented features with requirements
Business domain: Insurance and Pension Funds
- Commissioning
- Contract management
- Document management
- Legal compliance

- Ability to comprehend complex business processes
- Ability to document business processes for non business-experts
