RESPONSABILITATI

- Gather information about the strengths and weaknesses of the customer in terms of the customer’s market;
- Identify factors in the environment that may present opportunities and threats to the customer’s business;
- Determine “to-be” IT and business process strategy, map “as-is” and “to-be” business processes in alignment with the business process strategy;
- Maintain data about the reference architectures used to implement the in-scope application portfolio ;
- Work with the customer’s business unit project managers and user community roles to determine changes that will be required to implement approved service requests;
- Train other team members in business process design and mapping;
- Assist in change management and problem management processes as the business needs arise;
- Assist in the collection, storage, and reporting of measurement data.

- Project management (1 year; certification process started)
- Customer’s business processes
- Customer relationship management (1 year)
- Reference architectures (1-2 years)
- Very good knowledge and more than 2-3 years experience with PL/SQL and UNIX
