The IT Business Analyst is focused on analysing, planning and developing IT solutions that support the business needs of the company, with accent on the insurance and financial systems. He/she also participates in business planning, business needs analysis and business risk assessment. The IT Business Analyst also acts as an in-house consultant working with the various functional areas of an organisation, providing advice and guidance on how to support the business operations through the effective use of IT.
Technical requirements:
- Application platforms (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Optional: Insurance applications (Fadata Insis), Financial applications (Wizrom Wizcount / WizSalary)
- Modelling (e.g. Business, Data, Process)
- Solution building/creation & integration (per application service)
Personal skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Team player, ability to adapt to rapid changes and interface with other IT and business peers;
- Strong attention to details, organized;
