- Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports to dedicated business department client, perform analysis on the current situation, propose improvements in the reporting process as well as in the analysis.
- Translate the business needs of the clients in information system requirements;
- Identify, capture and document the business requirements for new reports and system functionalities;
- Ensure proper communication of the requirements with involved teams;
- Perform and interpret daily/weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the assigned areas;
- Understand business processes and suggest recommendations;
- Assist users for formulating and implementing functionalities and reports;
- Assist management with all IT systems requirements (non-hardware) (ad-hoc reports and analysis, new functionalities).
- University degree with good IT and business understanding;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint); SQL knowledge would be an advantage;
- Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people;
- Ability to work in a dynamic team with stretch deadlines;
- Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines;
- Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment;
- Organized and detail oriented person;
- Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude;
- Fluency in English is a must.
