The Business Analyst is responsible for data management, project management, and operations support for our pricing, merger and acquisition (M&A), and facility strategy.
This position will involve very detailed tasks around collecting and analyzing data, and then working with the team to develop recommendations and implement solutions. Candidate must then be able to manage comprehensive project plans involving project team members globally. Project team members are located inside and outside of OU, in a variety of countries and time zones, with their immediate supervisor located in California. This applicant needs to understand how business operates with a particular focus on how pricing is managed for all OU product offerings and how OU sales orders are processed. Candidate will also be expected to facilitate meetings when necessary and support M&A due diligence efforts; collecting, analyzing and summarizing data findings. Overall, this position requires someone who has great orientation to details, is good at multi-tasking, has ability to effectively manage projects and possesses great interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conduct data collection, analysis and proposal development for pricing, facilities and M&A initiatives
* Manage pricing data and documents on all websites and repositories, coordinate feedback across product and business practices teams
* Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting supporting pricing, M&A activity and facilities management
* Project manage initiatives which requires the ability to conduct meetings, track action items and communicate results
* Participate in special projects requiring data analysis and presentation


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:

* University diploma required
* 2+ years experience in data analysis and management
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (macros, data filtering, analysis functionality)
* Excellent project management skills
* Excellent presentation & communication skills, both written and spoken
* Knowledge of PowerPoint (tables, graphs and charts)
* Basic knowledge of HTML coding is an advantage
