- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions and processes, evaluating output requirements and formats and used KPIs;
- Designs and coordinates the development of automated reports by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams;
- Improves processes and systems by studying current practices and designing modifications;
- Recommends new reporting methods and procedures to improve content and completeness of information;
- Prepares and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports;
- Recommends automated controls after identifying problems;
- Prepares financial and operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
- Set project milestones, phases, and elements; cooperating with functional teams and database developers used as support;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Reports to the Controlling Manager on a daily basis and for specific assignments directly to the CFO.
Key Qualifications:
- BA in related discipline;
- 3+ years’ experience on a similar position;
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Solid experience in using and developing under any of the reporting tools;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent communication skills especially working in cross-functional/divisional teams,
- Problem solver and analytical person;
- Team player, positive thinking
