RESPONSABILITATI

The Business Analyst is responsible for requirements gathering for new pieces of functionality to be added to our UXP platform. This will involve market investigations and consultation with key stakeholders within Temenos, partners and clients. He creates Business Requirement documents and Functional Specification documents so they can be reviewed and understood by our development teams to be turned into technical specifications and to evolve into new developments. Able to create documentation that developers can use to build the software and that testing teams can use to test what the developers build.

You will need to be able to understand technology, development, but you don't have to be an expert programmer

Requirements:

* Capable of working independently or collaboratively with colleagues, partners or clients to undertake requirements gathering and functional specifications creation;
* Excellent English skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a keen eye for document design;
* Experience of CMS and web development projects;
* Liaise with the TEMENOS development groups to ensure detailed understanding of requirements ;
* Support testing : unit testing, regression testing, end to end testing, acceptance testing;
* Analytical thinking;
* Ability to thoroughly research and understand new software products;
* Knowledge about development process and tools (like version control);
* Ability to use MS Office products (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point), versioning documents;
* Flexible/adaptable with ability to set and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.


CERINTE

Nice to have:

* Experience with Technical Specification documents creation, programming skills;
* Hands on experience on writing procedures, client facing/client negotiations;
* Computer Science or other relevant IT degree.
