- To monitor and analyze the efficiency of the promo expenses utilization at each business unit level , company level and group level.
- To monitor and analyze the computation way and granting of the commercial facilities in accordance with the company’s commercial policy.
- To monitor and following of the budget execution.
- To prepare studies and analyses regarding the financial potential of the company, the efficient use of resources , companies benefit increase.
- To prepare and release the management reports at company and group level. Prepare details for key reporting platforms of Top Management to regional/ Corporate office including the periodical LEs , OPBC and Regional.
- To monitor on weekly basis of the receivables, follow up for Collections and PN's coverage and circulate complete status/issues Bi-Monthly.
- To analyze the Inventory report (RM,PM,WIP,FG) status monthly to control within Norms. Highlight sensitivities/ potential write offs and follow up for liquidation proposals
- To insure the support data for the other departments, BU , commercial team.
- Keeps records up to date for J Sox compliance requirements for sign off’s of statements , documentation related to sales, expenses, discounts, etc
- Minimum 3 years on a financial management position + at least 5 years experience in economics specialty.
- Minimum Economic University Degree
- Knowledge of financial and accounting legislation
- Knowledge of fiscal legislation
- Knowledge of IFRS and Romanian Accounting System
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of financial analysis and forecasting
- Knowledge of English language and PC operating skills (MS Office, BAAN Integrated System, Internet)
