Providing supervision and assistance for the smooth running of the office operations;
Providing support for activities and events taking place;
Providing for the safety of the building, its users and the staff by enforcing internal rules and policies, monitoring potential safety/liability problems and assisting guests/ employees to meet their needs while using facilities;
Providing for the security of the building by following proper opening and closing procedures as required;
Performing general maintenance and upkeep of company's equipment--easels, chalkboards, flip charts, chairs, A/V equipment, etc;
Maintaining inventory of appropriate forms needed;
Supervising and/or assisting in special projects as requested by the Management;
Assisting in updating procedure manuals and resources as changes occur;
Attending all training sessions and weekly staff meetings;
Administering the parking area;
Coordinating other office management related activities.
