- Prepare the yearly budget scheme, collecting information from all departments, centralizing the data;
- Monthly follow-up of the results and quarterly forecast for the next year’s budget;
Prepare external (IFRS) reporting package, including financials, cost accounting and budgeting reports;
- Prepare monthly internal set of financials and reports;
- Proactive analysis of the monthly financial statement for the business, including: analysis of key financial performance indicators and trends, financial ratios; comparisons of actual results to budget with corrective actions required by company management;
- Variance analysis on profit and cost centre reports, on a monthly basis; correlation between the profit centre situation and budget;
- Prepare monthly and variance analysis regarding the production performances of the collection teams; also, analysis on production and other related costs;
- Prepare other financial reports required by the management.
- University degree in an economical field (preferable Finance-Accounting);
- Min. 4 years experience in Finance field, out of which 2 on a similar position;
- Good knowledge of IFRS;
- Drive for results;
- Very good computer knowledge;
- English language – good level (German is a plus);
- Attention to details;
- Analytical mind;
