- building and controlling the annual company budget, building forecasts, controlling development projects using cash-flow models;
- ability to work independently with heads of deparments;
- ability to report to superiors on a periodical basis.
- minimum 3 years experience on a similar position;
- excellent knowledge of Office package(very good in Excel handling);
- ability and experience in presentation tools;
- fluent English;
- leadership skills and team player;
- experience in preparing cash-flow projections for multi-year projects.
