RESPONSABILITATI

Through understanding of the HP project business provide financial and administrative support to HP Managed Services management, Project Managers and other customers as requested. Serve as a focal point within the organization to track the details of these projects, following HP policies and processes. The Project Controller is responsible for order booking, project tracking, month end closing, management and financial reporting.

- Month end process (revenue recognition & cost accounting, voucher posting, checking of data quality)
-Account reconciliation (Accruals and Deferrals checking)
- Maintaining and tracking project financials (mainly in COMPASS) in cooperation with country Project Managers, Admin Front office, financial analysts)
-Sales order booking
- 3rd party purchasing process
-Invoicing
- Financial reports analysis
-Forecasting, reporting-data preparation
- Participation in project status meetings (teleconferences)
-Check and validate labor entries that have been posted to the project
-Work together with collection to make sure there are no payment issues with the customer
-Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies


CERINTE

Our perfect candidate has minimum requirements:
-Accounting - Finance background, knowledge of the Anglo-Saxon system
-Customer oriented with good written and spoken English skills
-MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly Excel, Word)
-Good with numbers
- Patient & well organized;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Self-dependent, flexible person
-Proactive
- Willing to travel

Desirable requirements:
-Exposure to SAP is a strong plus
-Able to exercise independent judgment
