To ensure Service Delivery in the Business within the agreed resource norms to meet and exceed Customer expectations by enabling ongoing people and process capability and building appropriate systems. Operationalise the HP culture and build a high performance environment
Key responsabilities :
-Develop overall process delivery strategy
-Ensure Business meets and exceeds customer expectations
-Design and implement a process for communication with the Customer around operational performance through appropriate interfaces
-Managing Operations and Process
-Benchmark for continuous improvements
-Lead & Manage People, Implement HP High Performance Workplace Process (team size approx. 40 people, including one supervisor)
-Develop and manage teams
-Actively participate to the new centre set-up
Context and challenges
-Functional domain: Order management and customer service for the space part business of HP in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa
-Significant process and system changes
-Team to be stabilized
-Incremental activities to be absorbed and standardized
-New site, with very strong growth in the coming years
Your profile
Bachelor's (undergraduate)or Master's (graduate) degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Skills include:

-Customer service expertise
-Ability to structured
-Ability to handle complex and start-up enviroment
-Ability to work in an international landscape
-Demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving
Experience includes:
-Proven experience in operation and people management
-Business process operation experience
-Experience in developing new and uncharted business solutions which have significant, direct impact on profit and loss
-Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions to maximize business results
