Job purpose
To ensure Service Delivery in the Business within the agreed resource norms to meet and exceed Customer expectations by enabling ongoing people and process capability and building appropriate systems. Operationalise the HP culture and build a high performance environment
Key responsabilities :
-Develop overall process delivery strategy
-Ensure Business meets and exceeds customer expectations
-Design and implement a process for communication with the Customer around operational performance through appropriate interfaces
-Managing Operations & Process
-Benchmark for continuous improvements
-Lead & Manage People, Implement HP High Performance Workplace Process (team size growing to 150 people)
-Develop and manage teams
-Actively participate to the new centre set-up
Context and challenges
-New site, with very strong growth
-New customers and projects being transfered from Western Europe into central centre of Bucharest
-Team to be hired
Your profile
-Bachelor's (undergraduate)or Master's (graduate) degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience

-Demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving
-Finance expertise
Experience includes:
-Proven experience in operation and people management
-Business process operation experience
-Experience in developing new and uncharted business solutions which have significant, direct impact on profit and loss
-Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions to maximize business results
