RESPONSABILITATI

To ensure Service Delivery in the Business within the agreed resource norms to meet and exceed Customer expectations by enabling ongoing people and process capability and building appropriate systems. Operationalise the HP culture and build a high performance environment

This includes:
-Develop overall operation delivery strategy
-Ensure Business meets and exceeds customer expectations
-Design and implement a process for communication with the Customer around operational performance through appropriate interfaces
-Managing Operations and Process
-Benchmark for continuous improvements
-Lead & Manage People, Implement HP High Performance Workplace , Develop and manage teams
-Actively participate to the new centre set-up and development

Scope:
-Total BPO OE teams – Today ~230 people, 7 processes. Plan growth: ~350/400 by 2008

Responsibilities and objectives:

Deliver Operational Services to Customers
-Accountable to meet or exceed set Statement of Work (SOW)
-Accountable to meet or exceed cost objectives
-Accountable to drive Quality Improvements and Productivity Enhancements, responsible for optimum utilization of resources to ensure high level of operational efficiency.
-Accountable for overall customer satisfaction

Provide leadership in creating the winning work culture
-Ensure people management as per HP standard
-Develop a loyal team
-Prepare the future

Leverage and develop process culture to serve customer needs
-Leverage the BPO model, be charisma compliant
-Meet audit and compliance expectations

Develop value added over time
-Responsible for delivery strategy
-Support the sales and customer engagement team


CERINTE

Bachelor's (undergraduate)or Master's (graduate) degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience

Skills include:
-Leadership and People management
-Ability to structured
-Ability to handle complex and start-up enviroment
-Ability to work in an international landscape
-Demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving

Experience includes:
-Proven experience in operation and people management
-Business process operation experience
-Experience in developing new and uncharted business solutions which have significant, direct impact on profit and loss
-Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions to maximize business results
