Clarity and vision, checkable performances, a min of 5 years experience in 4-5 stars hotels, cruise lines or fine dining restaurants, a passion to lead and exceed, a mentor and colleague in the same time, a coach and team player , excellent capacity to take decisions & sort problems .... plan and organize the department .
