Coordinating the work on all projects assigned (job opening, briefing, pre-production meetings, etc);
Developing a good relationship with creatives by providing complete and clear briefs and by properly judging consistency of creative output and strategic requirements;
Using constantly research – assess data and implications;
Understanding the brand strategies and contributing in strategic proposals;
Being able to prepare presentations thoroughly considering the needs of the client and the company;
Using the financial tools and procedures, budget management;
Building solid working relationships with the junior and middle management of the client;
Going above and beyond what is expected.
Minimum 3 years experience as Client Service in an (international) advertising agency working on a complex local client or preferably on an FMCG international account;
University degree and solid marketing knowledge;
Strong strategic skills and creative thinking;
Very good communication skills (written and oral presentation, negotiation, selling);
Personal profile: team player, high degree of involvement and motivation, open-minded and willing to learn new things, organized, independent project management, ability to take direction;
Good knowledge of English;
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
Working in a professional multinational environment;
