RESPONSABILITATI

Leading the after sales activity of service centers for Braun in the Balkans region. Managing the network of service centers, ensuring the high quality of After Sales Service of all Braun and POC (Power Oral Care) products.

- Set up and manage an efficient network of After Sale Service centers in all markets.
- Coordinate information flow between markets and region (Central Europe South, Central Europe North and Balkans)
- Apply global and regional policies in the centers, regarding:
- reimbursement of service, done by suppliers/distributors
- spare parts pricing
- service concepts for new products
- training the service agents
- replacement concepts.
Support new product launches by ensuring appropriate service is available in region.
Review competitors' procedures
Regularly develop, control and support the service centers.
Handle claim analysis, payments to service providers.
Maintenance of local systems (make sure network of service providers is functioning properly, supply of spare parts is ensured, quality of service is ensured)
Provide required reports to region.
Control and review operational costs and budgets.


CERINTE

Entrepreneurship and Business Background. You will need to manage a complete network of outside suppliers for servicing Braun products.
Good understanding of business and technical processes, supply and warehouse processes. Good Business English.
Analytical skills, advanced skills in MS Office tools.

Able to travel. 30-35% or as needed by business requirements. Should hold driving license.
