RESPONSABILITATI

- Brands P&L responsibility ensuring annual objectives are met. Key success measures:
Volume,Revenue,NAP
- Market sensing, including industry and technology development, competition, consumer trends, macroeconomics, trade universe changes, media and promotional activity, field.
- Promotes early recognition of changing situations and recommend appropriate Marketing actions.
- Strategic Brand management responsibility: working with Marketing Manager and senior management to develop the brand strategies and plans in the annual planning cycle of Brand Review, Brand part of OB/SP presentation, annual brand plan
- Responsible for biscuits category A&C budget management under the supervision of Marketing Manager. Accountable for full compliance with Company Business Conduct Policy and auditing requirements

For it’s client, an important company from the FMCG field, Grafton Recruitment is looking for a Brand Manager; the ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
- Functional Knowledge - capable to develop and execute brand strategy using key marketing tools:
Advertising & Media, Consumer & Trade Promotion, NPD, Packaging, Marketing Research.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- English fluency, very good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- PC literate with MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Strong analytical skills, fast learner, able to deal with ambiguous / complex situations
