Our client is one of the most prestigious multinational company in home and personal care industry. Due to their high development we are looking for Brand Manager .
Reports to : Marketing Manager
- proposes, implements and monitors the marketing plan for the brand/products in his/her responsibility in order to reach the targets related to turnover, market share and profit
- checks and is responsible for the given marketing expenses budget for the brand/products in his/her responsibility
- proposes and implements marketing and promotions plans taking into consideration market opportunities in order to reach the targets
- is responsible for the media promotion budget which she/he administers together with third parties (communication and media agencies /PR agency)
- participates in the profit analyses for the brands/products in her/his responsibility
- participates in price analyses for the brands/products in her/his responsibility
- identifies new business opportunities (new launches, product re-launch, brand extension) from international portfolio and makes suggestions for the local implementation of this opportunities
- evaluates brand/products performance by analyzing market share data (retail market share or consumer market share) and suggests/updates marketing strategies based on that
- min. 3-4 year experience in brand management, FMCG International/Multinational environment
- Superior studies (economic/marketing preferable)
- person with initiative, proactive, entrepreneurial spirit
- knowledge of market research (also retail) and consumer studies
- knowledge of media planning, working with marketing budgets
- knowledge of advertising and creativity – ability to adapt communication materials in consumers language; orientation towards consumer understanding
- financial knowledge, accuracy, used to monitor given budgets
- superior communication abilities
- perseverance, stress resistant / ability to work with tied dead-lines, consciously
- competitive personality
- superior analytical thinking
- innovative, thinking out of the box
- excellent English is a must
- other foreign languages – would be a plus
- experience in Sales – would be an advantage
